8 USC holds off Colorado for the 48-41 victory.

NY Liberty will be playing in the 2023 WNBA Finals. Their first trip to the Finals since 2022. The Liberty win Game 4, 87-84. Liberty will play number 1 seed Las Vegas Aces on Sunday.

The Rundown

The 2023 NFL Draft was last night and despite some speculation. The Carolina Panthers selected Alabama’s Bryce Young as their number one pick and future QB. The Houston Texans selected Ohio State’s QB CJ Stroud with their number 2 pick. A full list of the top 10 picks from last night’s Day 1 draft will be published this afternoon. Day 2 of the 2023 NFL Draft resumes today.

A win is a win. I guess. Although I would have preferred the Knicks beating the brakes out of a KD/Irving lead Nets. I’ll take what I can get. The Knickerbockers beat the Nets last night at the Garden 142-118 in their last meeting of the season. Jalen Brunson paced the Knicks with 39.

He’s back! Kevin Durant makes his Phoenix Suns debut scoring 23 points in 27 minutes to go along with 6 boards, 2 dimes, abs two blocked shots in a 105-91 win over the Charlotte Hornets.
